ENROLLMENT
- Log into Internet Banking or Mobile Banking and select the Electronic Statements tab; or click into account.
- Read the Electronic Account Statement Disclosure & Agreement then select the I AGREE box. Then Enroll Now.
- Select DETAILS to choose which accounts you would like to receive eStatements for. (If not selected, it defaults to ENROLL ALL AVAILABLE ACCOUNTS AND DOCUMENT TYPES.)
MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
All you need is a computer or mobile device that is able to open a Portable Document Format (PDF) file. Our preferred PDF viewer is Adobe Reader. Please click here for more information on downloading Adobe Reader.

What are eStatements?
Electronic statement delivery is a quicker, more secure, and greener way to have your statements delivered! eStatements are a replacement for traditional paper statements.
How can I change which accounts are receiving eStatements?
- Log into Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.
- Open Menu Bar on left or select name from left hand menu.
- Select Account Setting.
- Select account you want enrolled.
- From the Electronic Statements section select advance settings.
- Select SIGN UP/CHANGES.
- Select or deselect which accounts you want enrolled in eStatements.
- Select SAVE SETTINGS.
I am now enrolled in eStatements. How come I am not able to view past statements for my accounts?
New eStatements generate once enrolled and are saved to your Internet Banking for 18 months of access. Any statement issued prior to eStatement enrollment will not be available to view electronically.
If there is a need to obtain an old statement, please call any of our First State Bank and Trust offices during regular business hours. Fees may apply.
How do I change the email address associated with my eStatement enrollment?
- Log into Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.
- Open Menu Bar on left or select name from left hand menu.
- Select Account Setting.
- Select account you want enrolled.
- From the Electronic Statements section select advance settings.
- Select Email Settings.
- Change email address.
- Select SAVE SETTINGS
I have a joint account at FSBT, and we both want to receive eStatements for our account. How do we do that?

My accounts are enrolled in eStatements, however I want to send a paper statement to another person (Power of Attorney, joint owner on account, etc.) How do I do that?
While this feature is not available to set up within Internet Banking, we do have a form that can be filled out to send statements to another individual or entity.

- Log into Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.
- Open Menu Bar on left or select name from left hand menu.
- Select Account Setting.
- Select account you want enrolled.
- From the Electronic Statements section select advance settings.
- Select SIGN UP/CHANGES.
- Deselect which accounts you want enrolled in eStatements.
- Select SAVE SETTINGS.
