Ben Olson has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. He grew up in the St. Croix Valley and attended the University of Wisconsin – River Falls where he earned a BA in Accounting.

Ben serves on the Board of River Valley Charities as Treasurer as well as the Hudson Chamber Foundation Board. He lives in Somerset with his wife and two children, enjoys golf in the summer, and coaching youth basketball in the winter. Ben currently works out of our Hudson branch.

Ben Olson and the bank were great. I had known the stellar Trust Department for decades, but knew nothing of the business loan side. When the Hudson Grocery Co-op needed a swing loan I learned that the FSBT is deeply invested in the area with something like 200 owners, much like the Co-op with 1300. Every other bank wanted personal guarantors, something the Co-op could not do. When we wanted special arrangements for our capital campaign, FSBT was willing to innovate. When I need a personal checking account I surely will go to FSBT.
