Rich has over 25 years of banking experience. He grew up in Wausau Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee where he earned his MBA. Rich began his career at FSBT in 2020.

Rich has spent 10 years working with Tee it Up For the Troops raising funds for the active military and Veterans. He lives in Woodbury with his wife, and has 3 adult children.
